Job title: Bilingual (Russian/English) Customer Support Rep 35123 Company: Cerebral Staffing Job description: Join Cerebral Staffing LLC on-site at John Deere as a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Russian/English). Qualified candidates will also have at least 6 months of PROVEN call center experience, excellent compuster skills, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Agriculture or a related field. Experience working as a customer support representative in an agricultural environment is a huge plus! Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week • *Candidates must be able to work shifts during our business hours of Monday-Friday 12am-8am to Support Russia, occasional holidays, weekends, and overtime based on the needs of the business. • We work in a Hybrid format, some days from the office, some days from home. Hourly Rate of Pay: $20.00 PLUS BONUS POTENTIAL!! Benefits: 401K, optional health/vision/benefits, local, FRIENDLY firm to work with DUTIES: • Provides information/solutions as front-line support to channel partners/customers/Company personnel on product related inquiries on moderately complex policies, issues and concerns to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. • Effectively documents customer, dealer, and/or company personnel interactions and issues relating to area of responsibility. • Develops common solutions to problems with team members to maintain required service levels. Maintains the accuracy and availability of customer related information on-line. • Assists in the promotion of John Deere products/services/programs through special program offerings, special mailings and pro-active user contact. Negotiates with customers, dealers and company personnel to provide the proper policy execution and adequate resolution. • Technicians provide support via multiple channels (telephone, email, and chat) while effectively documenting each interaction within the DTAC/CCMS system. Technicians also create and maintain support tools/solutions available online. REQUIREMENTS: • Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution. • This position will require fluency in Russian, as well as English. • Training will be on 1st shift and last approximately 10 weeks • 6+ months experience with customer service / support experience. • High comfort level and experience with consumer software applications. • Strong computer and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work off-shift hours and occasional holidays to support the business. • Knowledge of agriculture customers. • Prior work experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels. • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering related field, IT or a similar discipline Powered by JazzHR Expected salary: $20 per hour Location: Urbandale, IA Apply for the job now!
