Technical Support/Virtual Assistant with Coding Experience

I'm looking for a reliable Technical Support or Virtual Assistant with a solid foundation in coding. This role involves assisting with various tech-related tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing day-to-day support across software tools and workflows. Requirements: • Must be a US citizen (no exceptions) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with technical customer support or virtual assistance • Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Trello, and Google Docs • Basic to intermediate experience with coding or software development (Languages like HTML, JavaScript, Python, or others are a bonus) • Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed • Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Nice to Have: • Experience with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Zapier, or Notion • Familiarity with APIs or basic debugging • Comfort with using GitHub or terminal commands Hours & Pay: • Part-time to start (5–10 hours/week), with potential to grow • Hourly rate based on experience To Apply: • Confirm you are a US citizen. • Briefly describe your experience with both support/assistant roles and coding. • Include your availability and hourly rate.
