Business Data Analyst - Hybrid
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead the functional requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Work directly with internal customers to understand business needs.
• Identify relevant design, process, and specification issues.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to determine data requirements and implementation approaches.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in scrum ceremonies.
• Present information and ideas in an engaging and understandable manner.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and collect feedback from the team.
• Develop communication and outreach materials for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Desire to work with data and help businesses make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with database modeling, mapping, and system interface documents.
• Experience writing and understanding data rules.
• Experience performing user acceptance testing and story acceptance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills, SQL, and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
