Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Leverage industry contacts to open doors and generate qualified sales leads.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets, tracking metrics, and progress consistently.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to load execution.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in the domestic FTL/LTL market.
• Proven track record of success in the logistics or freight brokerage industry.
• Existing industry relationships to help jump-start business development (a transferable book of business is a plus, but not required).
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking.
• Stable work history (no frequent job changes).
• Must be a U.S. Resident or U.S. Citizen.
