About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop, enhance, and support application solutions, providing production support and managing application operations.
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including tools, databases, and end-user computing services.
• Actively manage and monitor cybersecurity tools and systems, identifying and escalating security risks.
• Ensure adherence to IT standards and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly to support business processes and resolve issues.
• Work cross-functionally with peers and leaders to complete an Action Learning Project.
Requirements
• Must be a current college student majoring in Computer Science or a related field (rising juniors and seniors preferred).
• Ability to take ownership over work and self-motivate to execute delegated tasks.
• Demonstrates an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
Benefits
