Program Leader Senior

Duration: 6 months + extensions
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Program Leader to join our Global Customer Experience & Order-to-Cash Global Capability Center. This role will play a critical part in shaping and driving high-impact programs that promote employee engagement, advance digital communication, foster continuous learning, and support change initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of program leadership, change management expertise, and a passion for building future-ready organizations leveraging technology / AI within the pharma and high-tech sectors.
• Program Leadership:
Shape and manage key programs to ensure execution excellence and report regular updates to key stakeholders. Escalate issues timely and clear paths for progress.
• Employee Engagement Programs:
Design, lead, and continuously improve initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Stakeholder Communications:
Manage multi-channel communications through digital newsletters and periodic business forums to keep internal stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Learning & Development:
Lead the strategy and execution of training and upskilling programs that support talent growth and digital / AI fluency.
• Voice of Customer (VoC):
Develop and implement VoC programs to capture internal and external feedback, analyze insights, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Change Management Lead - S4 HANA Migration:
Act as the lead for change management and communications related to the organization’s transition to SAP S4 HANA, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, program and project management.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background in internal communications and public relations, with demonstrated ability to engage diverse internal audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in management consulting, particularly in the pharma or high-tech industries.
• Familiarity with digital adoption strategies, enterprise systems (e.g., SAP), and employee experience design.
