Virtual Operations Manager for Credit Repair Webinar & Mastermind Challenge Job Description I’m looking for a Virtual Operations Manager to help me run and grow my upcoming credit repair webinar and mastermind challenge. This isn’t just a typical admin role — I need someone who can manage day-to-day operations, team coordination, and branding/marketing support to make the experience professional, engaging, and profitable. You’ll be working directly with me to organize online events, manage my virtual team, and keep our brand strong across social media and client touchpoints. ⸻ Responsibilities • Webinar/Event Management • Set up, manage, and run Zoom/Skool sessions (reminders, breakout rooms, recordings). • Automate email + SMS reminders (GoHighLevel or similar CRM). • Track attendance, engagement, and replay follow-ups. • Branding & Marketing Support • Design branded slides, PDFs, flyers, and social posts (Canva). • Manage Instagram promo calendar (posts, reels, captions). • Ensure affiliate and tracking links are properly integrated. • Community & Client Experience • Moderate WhatsApp/Slack groups during the challenge. • Post engagement prompts, polls, and accountability check-ins. • Collect testimonials and success stories for marketing. • Business & Team Coordination • Communicate with sales agents, onboarding specialists, billing staff, and disputers. • Track commissions, leads, and payments in spreadsheets/CRMs. • Provide weekly reports (sales, attendance, conversions). ⸻ Required Skills • Proven experience managing virtual events, webinars, or masterminds. • Strong branding/design ability (Canva, Adobe is a plus). • Familiar with GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, or similar CRMs. • Project management tools (Asana, Trello, or ClickUp). • Excellent written + spoken English (urban/entrepreneur branding tone is a bonus). • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient. ⸻ ✅ Bonus Skills • Experience in credit repair, financial literacy, or coaching industries. • Copywriting skills (writing engaging IG captions, emails, and promo text). • Video/content repurposing skills (turning webinars into clips for reels). ⸻ Job Details • Location: 100% Virtual (work from anywhere). • Hours: Flexible, but must be available during live webinar sessions. • Type: Part-time to start (potential to grow into long-term/full-time). • Pay: Competitive – open to hourly or fixed project-based offers. ⸻ How to Apply Please send me: 1.
