                                Remote Logistics Sales Executive – Temperature-Controlled Freight

Your Impact
• Build and expand relationships with shippers needing temperature-controlled freight solutions.
• Develop new business through outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
• Manage the sales cycle end-to-end: quoting, negotiating, closing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with seasoned operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Keep a pulse on cold chain industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive insights.
What You Bring
• 5+ years in logistics/freight with at least 3 years in a sales role (3PL or asset-based).
• Hands-on experience in temperature-controlled/cold chain freight.
• A proven history of generating $3M+ in revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRMs and Microsoft Office (Excel skills are a plus).
• An existing book of business with no non-compete is highly desirable.
