Bilingual Customer Representative
Description:
• Customer Champion – You are the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected phone line
• On average you will take about 4+ calls per hour from our customers across the USA
• Technology Troubleshooter – explain cellular phones, billing, or answer general questions; you are the solution
• Highly Organized and Motivated – you must be self-motivated and present during shift
• Team Player – collaborate and respect coworkers
• On-site and off-site IT support as needed
Requirements:
• Right Attitude
• A high school diploma or equivalent; at least 6 months of customer service experience; remote customer service experience preferred
• Office Computer Skills – basic typing, software usage, and internet navigation
• Work from Home Requirements – Internet speed at least 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download; not compatible with satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular data
• Distraction-Free Workplace – quiet, distraction-free home office
• Location – within 50 miles of a CCI facility
• Communication – bilingual Spanish and English; fluency test required
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
