In House Marketing Call Center Agent
                                We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Call Room Agent to join our Travel & Leisure In House Marketing team. This full-time position plays a key role in guest engagement and tour optimization. As a Call Room Agent, you will be responsible for making confirmation calls, phone bookings, and capitalizing on priority owner bookings
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct confirmation calls when needed
• Focus on assigned P1 arrival pre-call bookings, booking Late arrivals and misses off the chase list
• Follow up with pre-assigned P1 owners as designated by management.
• Meet or exceed conversion expectations as determined by weekly performance metrics.
• Support a positive guest experience while maximizing show rates and tour attendance.
Schedule:
• 2-3 days with varying hours
• Work Remote
• Part Time
Compensation & Benefits:
• Per-tour payout
• $13 per hour
• Incentives based on conversion and performance
• Salary target: $64,000 annually.
Qualifications:
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred
• Team player
• Sales or marketing background a plus
