The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and contributing to IT-related coordination and documentation.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, IT Security, Media Informatics, etc.)
• Confident handling of MS-Office (e.g., MS Teams)
• Very good German skills (at least C1) in word and writing
• Structured and independent thinking and working style
• Friendly demeanor, teamwork skills, and enthusiasm
• Proof of enrollment at a university throughout the period
