About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Global Product Lead, Measurement and Privacy to join our GCS team. In this critical role, you will lead the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy for Measurement and Privacy within GCS, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product changes, create effective incentive systems, and shape valuable global experiences. You will engage with various product, marketing, and GCS teams to drive business growth, leading a virtual team of local product experts in other regions to manage programs, share discoveries, and uncover new insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the GCS product and go-to-market strategy for Measurement and Privacy from concept to scale, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert on Google's Privacy ecosystem and how our customers use our Measurement products.
 - Identify key product needs across GCS and partner with Product and Engineering teams to execute action plans, ensuring promoter readiness to support new products and features.
 - Develop and refine best practices and collateral for planning, pitching, and measuring success, working with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to identify and size market and customer opportunities.
 - Plan and manage programs to execute against those opportunities, partnering with sales leadership to achieve strategies globally and in-region, and leading a virtual team of local product experts to manage programs and share discoveries.
 - Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, driving business growth and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field, such as business, marketing, or product management.
 - 6 years of experience in sales, go-to-market, or commercialization-related functions, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading cross-functional teams.
 - 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders, with excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, Master's degree, or PhD in a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations, marketing, and product management.
 - Experience working with Google Ads products, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers and publishers.
 - Ability to work, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally, with excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
 - Ability to set goals and translate them into tactical quarterly goals, with a strong focus on driving business growth and achieving company objectives.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and we offer a range of perks and benefits to support your well-being and productivity, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
