Overview: CatapultCMS is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to coordinate and guide the implementation of CMS, Connect, and App projects for K–12 school districts. In this early-career role, you will serve as the client’s day-to-day contact from kickoff through launch, ensuring tasks stay on track, stakeholders are aligned, and projects deliver real impact for schools and families. This is a fast-paced, remote-friendly role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to product, design, engineering, and customer success while developing skills that can lead to senior project management or operations leadership opportunities. Core Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage day-to-day progress of CMS, Connect, and App projects • Facilitate onboarding and kickoff meetings with clients and internal teams • Guide clients through the design, content, and QA phases • Track project milestones, timelines, and dependencies using Monday.com • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure transparency • Work closely with product, design, and engineering to flag blockers or clarify requirements • Facilitate internal project check-ins and ensure cross-team alignment • Maintain documentation and updates in Monday.com, Google Workspace, and HubSpot • Help ensure on-time, high-quality launches and smooth transition to Customer Success Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, digital services, or K–12 EdTech • Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varied timelines • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong time management skills • Proficient with Monday.com, Google Workspace, and HubSpot (or similar tools) • Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with the website design or CMS process is a strong plus • Knowledge of K–12 education and/or technology • PMP Certification Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
