Join Our Team as a Customer Support Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our patients and customers, ensuring a positive experience in fulfilling and delivering orders. This is a remote work opportunity, with the option to work from our Whittle site in Leicester if you live close by.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and responsive support to our patients and customers via phone and email, resolving issues and addressing queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within blithequark to more deeply engage customers regarding our products and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Adhere to the stocktake schedule and ensure orders are processed in time to meet delivery lead times
  • Identify challenges and resolve solutions, providing our patients and partners with the most immediate and high-quality first interaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, nurturing and growing relationships within our organisation

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written English, a strong can-do attitude, and proven problem-solving skills. You will also need to have a clear, professional, and informative communication style, as well as a passion for helping others. Relationship management is critical in this role, and you will need to be able to nurture and grow relationships within our organisation.
