About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll work closely with our clients to elevate their brands, foster meaningful engagement, and drive results. From crafting compelling posts to analyzing campaign performance, you’ll play a key role in shaping social media strategies that align with client goals and values.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple clients that align with their unique business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with each brand’s voice. Must have experience with editing programs such as Adobe and/or CapCut/Splice.
• Monitor social media channels to identify trends, respond to engagement opportunities, and gather insights.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage influencer partnerships and outreach to expand visibility for clients.
• Maintain attention to detail by proofreading all content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in social media management, ideally within an agency setting.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, photography, and graphic design.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure and report on performance.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• A proactive and creative mindset with a knack for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Experience in influencer collaboration and audience engagement strategies.
• Bonus: Knowledge of web design principles or advanced campaign tactics.
