**Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Following up on client cases to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have a computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
* Possess a USB headset and webcam
* Have at least one 15" or larger monitor
* Ensure a quiet and distraction-free workspace
* Be able to sit for extended periods of time
* Have manual dexterity and typing skills (40 WPM with 80% accuracy)
* Have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred)
* Be located in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (except Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
