Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical and service-related issues
- Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary
- Provide sales assistance, promoting blithequark's products and services to customers and identifying new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track customer issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be a legal U.S.A. citizen or Legal Resident
- Must have a clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
- Must have a computer and reliable internet connection (cable or DSL) to perform job duties
- Must be willing to invest $12.95 for a background check (you will receive a copy) and the cost of client training (all fees are reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client)
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, creating your own schedule
