About the Role
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for individuals who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation. Your role will involve connecting with a high volume of callers through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility, and providing them with the necessary information and support. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a unique blend of excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with a high volume of callers (40-50 per day) through an automated dialer to assess their eligibility for potential compensation.
 - Utilize phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage interactions and maintain accurate records.
 - Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
 - Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals.
 - Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
 - Troubleshoot basic IT problems and assist with other projects as needed.
 - Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a remote environment.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a call-center environment with a sales-focused background.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and provide clear guidance.
 - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer interactions.
 - A competitive spirit and a drive to perform at a high level in a team-based environment.
 - Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) and high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum).
 - Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (average price is $20-$30).
 - Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey.
 - A quiet, distraction-free workspace that allows you to focus on customer interactions.
 
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Hours of Operation
As a full-time Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard 40-hour schedule, Monday to Friday, within the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern.
 - Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
 - Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
