About the Role: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear, comprehensive information on our services, addressing questions with accuracy and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring every interaction upholds our high standards of service quality.
  • Capture and manage quality control details to ensure customer satisfaction, including tracking and resolving customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with our services and products, including new features and updates, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Required Skills & Tools:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong verbal and written English communication skills, as well as proficiency with Mac computers. You should also have experience using Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Real VNC, and working with PDFs. Familiarity with reading and interpreting measurements is also required. Additionally, you will need to have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a MacBook is required for this role.

Essential Qualifications:
