We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and adaptable Educational Consultant to deliver high‑impact professional development (PD) for K‑8 teachers, coaches, and administrators in the Montgomery and Phenix City regions of Alabama. Working closely with the Director of Professional Learning, sales leadership, and the broader CA instructional team, you will be the face of our learning solutions in schools. Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Consultative PD delivery: Design, facilitate, and adapt workshops on i‑Ready and Ready curricula for teachers, coaches, and administrators, ensuring alignment with Common Core State Standards.
• On‑site coaching: Visit schools to observe classroom practice, provide real‑time feedback, co‑plan lessons, and troubleshoot instructional challenges.
• Data‑driven decision making: Guide educators in interpreting diagnostic results, identifying growth trends, and creating actionable instructional plans.
