- Provide client expertise in printing, signs and designs, and transportation product offerings and suggest suitable blithequark products and services
- Deliver a remarkable client support experience by using consultative skills to anticipate client needs, recommend options, and find solutions to address client issues
- Ensure all client issues are resolved promptly and to the client's satisfaction
- Take complex client orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information
- Collect, package, and prepare merchandise for delivery
- Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Additionally, you will need to be able to lift 55 pounds, stand during your entire shift, and bend/kneel at the waist and knees consistently.
