As a Principal Product Manager - Technical, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead the growth of our Device Installments business. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive customer discovery, product development, and business performance. As a key member of our Device Sales and Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for managing a suite of payment products, including Amazon's own Monthly Payment product, and other products such as Affirm and credit card payment options. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage a significant P&L, inspecting both inputs and outputs to achieve financial goals * Define a world-class online customer experience for blithequark devices; write working backwards docs to succinctly capture the envisioned customer benefit and functional requirements * Lead discussion and thinking with the highest-level stakeholders to push into testing new ideas * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time * Provide thought leadership with engineering on implementation * Role is global in nature and will work with teams in other geographies **Requirements** * 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience * Bachelor's degree * Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product * Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition * Experience with end-to-end product delivery * Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product * Experience technical product management **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements * Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement * Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority **What We Offer** * Competitive base pay ranging from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market * Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package * Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of innovators and leaders in the tech industry * Collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers employees to deliver their best results * Professional development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career **About Our Team** Our team is the technical arm of the Devices Online Sales and Marketing group.
