Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Director of Risk Management and Business Process Improvement will play a critical role in developing and implementing risk management and business process improvement strategies that drive business growth and excellence. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Utilizing business or buyer department data to foster business procedures and risk management arrangements
- Investigating structured and unstructured data and interpreting information using statistical, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience in risk and data analysis. Additionally, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in each of the following areas:
- Risk management
- Interpreting complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences
- Working with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical teams
- Cost-benefit analyses and developing and implementing business process improvement strategies
- Project management experience, driving business change, and reengineering systems
- Using MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling
