The National Campaigns Unit at blithequark provides critical shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of our internal clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in directing shareholders to the appropriate channels where they can vote on the Board of Directors, ensuring that management's message is conveyed effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and accurate information to shareholders.
- Direct shareholders to the appropriate voting channels, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Convey management's message, highlighting their commitment to the best interests of shareholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to manage customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and other activities to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.
Essential Qualifications and Skills

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of customer service, data entry, or related experience.
