Job Title:Virtual Customer Support... Representative (Remote, Multiple Locations)
Job Summary:We are seeking dedicated and motivated Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a seamless DoorDash experience.
Key Responsibilities: ??? * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat ??? * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools ??? * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution ??? * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents ??? * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies ??? * Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction ??? * Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience ??? Required Skills and Qualifications: ??? * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative ??? * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ??? * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices ??? * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters ??? * Excellent communication and presentation skills ??? * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively ??? * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred ??? Experience: ??? * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role ??? * Experience in a remote working environment is a plus ??? Working Hours: ??? * Full-time positions with flexible working hours ??? * Availability to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed ???
