Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, returns, cancellations, and refunds. • Provide product information and assist with troubleshooting technical issues. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. • Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, procedures, and product knowledge. • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. • Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using Amazon products and services. • Bilingual in English and another language. • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
