We are looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities: ?? Answering incoming calls from customers ?? Providing support and assistance to customers ?? Resolving customer complaints ?? Upselling and cross-selling products and services ?? Tracking and updating customer information

Qualifications: ?? At least one year of experience in a customer service role ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?? Ability to work independently and as part of a... team ?? Strong problem-solving skills ?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
