Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with ticketing and reservations
Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and policies
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with all airline policies and regulations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth airport operations
Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Skills
Fluency in multiple languages
Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
