Part Time Remote IT Support Helpdesk Rep

Responsibilities of the job:
?? Virtually installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer software, systems, networks
?? Monitoring / auditing and maintaining HIPAA Compliant PC's and cloud-based applications / networks
?? Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests for end-user remote support including virtual desktops, cloud based systems and security applications
?? Knowledge of Salesforce and Virtual Desktops a strong plus.
?? Providing virtual technical support across the company (this may be in Zoom meetings or the phone).
?? Setting up cloud-based accounts for new users
?? Support for both PCs and Macs
?? Possibly training more junior staff members Remote IT Support Rep - job qualifications and requirements

Although a formal degree is not required, qualifications for this remote IT Support role include the following:
?? Remote experience
?? Computer Science or Cybersecurity Background
?? Software / DevOps / Engineering
??... Knowledge of Healthcare industry
?? Knowledge of Cyber Security

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
