JOB RESPONSIBILITY - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide information about products and services to callers - Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns - Document all call information according to standard operating procedures - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Follow up on customer calls when necessary Qualifications: - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment - Good working knowledge of Adobe, Excel and Word - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Schedule varies based on your availability.
