National Account Manager - Remote, Equipment Financing

Our client, established over 50 years ago, provides financial solutions to equipment dealers across the United States. Naviga has partnered with them to recruit a National Account Manager to join their team. Title: National Account Manager Location: 100% Remote | Must live in on of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV Key Notes/Company Details: • This is a newly created position for the organization. There are strategic 5 year growth plans to support this higher • Average performers are at $350k OTE with top performers at $1M+ | Competitive base salary that never drops or changes • Excited, hungry and highly motivated leadership • Empowered to work remotely from your home office without micromanagement • Equipped with comprehensive resources, tailored training, and ongoing mentorship from leaders within the industry Responsibilities: • Manage the full sales cycle for products and services, including sourcing of new business and origination sources and execute timely follow-up and lead management • Creating and nurturing business relationships, including travel to tradeshows and businesses • Uncovers client's decision-making process, while maintaining skillful tactics to get through gatekeepers with reliable follow through • Maintains advanced understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits of these products to customers • Identify eligibility requirements for financing and communicate with prospective clients • Create, manage, and maintain a consistent flow of transactions • Structuring equipment finance • Prepare quotes, negotiate agreements, and keep records of sales and data using Salesforce.com • Proactively drive account management from application to funding including follow up with past clients to source repeat business • Review credit approvals and assist customers on what is required to receive faster approvals and funding • Understand all steps needed to ensure the production of transactions are moving forward • Managing the sales side by guiding the client through the approval and funding of the transaction as well as displaying empathy with declines • Maintain high levels of communication with your clients and internal departments to ensure all items required to fund the transaction are understood by the client, completed correctly, and received timely • Meet and exceed sales origination activity standards; work diligently to achieve and exceed your monthly sales goals Requirements: • Experience in heavy equipment or material handling equipment sales • OR Logistics sales experience - this experience is highly transferable to our clients' model • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools. Salesforce experience, a plus • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commission, and percentages • History of bringing on new business and hitting assigned quotas • Strong and adept in building relationships that create application flow from equipment dealers • Ability to close equipment financing transactions independently • Ability to make outbound calls enthusiastically while demonstrating knowledge over the phone • Developed negotiation and consultative sales skills • Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to different audiences • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) • Strong verbal, written communication, detail-oriented, and organizational skills • Uses a direct, action-oriented approach to solving problems • Works well within the framework of a team, while striving to excel individually • Enjoys challenges and competition Education: • College Degree Highly Preferred, but not required Benefits: • PPO Copay Plan • Dental & Vision Coverage • HDHP/HSA Plan • Basic Life and AD&D • Voluntary Life and AD&D • Disability Insurance • Disability Insurance • 401k with company match • Holiday & Vacation Comparable Titles Business Development Manager National Sales Manager National Accounts Sales Account Executive Apply Job!
