Seasonal Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. • Identify and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers. • Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and purchase history to offer personalized recommendations. • Collaborate with other Seasonal Customer Service Representatives and the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, actively participating in sales initiatives and promotions. • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and close sales. • The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will learn to process sales orders and manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights and contribute to sales strategies. • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
