Job Summary: As a Bank Teller, you will provide exceptional customer service by processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with account-related inquiries. This role involves daily interactions with customers, ensuring they receive a high standard of service, while adhering to bank policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: ?Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. ?Assist customers with account inquiries, explain banking products, and provide information regarding account balances and services. ?Ensure accurate and efficient handling of financial transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer. ?Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs. ?Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher-level staff as needed. ?Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all regulatory requirements and bank policies. ?Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on bank products, procedures, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications: ?High school diploma or equivalent ?Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is a plus. ?Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset. ?Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. ?Attention to detail and accuracy. ?Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
