Associate Studio Photo Producer

About the position

The Associate Studio Photo Producer at YETI is responsible for leading the in-studio product photography production processes. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The individual will manage all aspects of studio photography, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality visual assets.

Responsibilities
?Accountable for the organization and management of all studio photography, from product roadmap alignment, shot list development, shoot & retouching scheduling, to final delivery of assets.

?Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment in shot list and final image output.

?Maintain holistic viewpoint of all incoming requests to maximize efficiency of timelines & shoot days.

?Collaborate and communicate effectively across marketing, merchandising, product, creative, retail, and wholesale teams.

?Execute on delivery timelines and schedules in coordination with project management teams and in collaboration with internal photographer and retoucher.

?Oversee studio space & photo equipment.
,
?Manage photo sample inventory and timelines in collaboration with product team.
,
?Collaborate with external vendors or freelancers on projects that fall outside of internal capabilities when necessary.

?Recognize process gaps & bring innovative solutions to the table.

Requirements
?Bachelor's Degree required
,
?3+ years' experience producing in-studio product photography at a brand, production co or agency
,
?Very detail oriented and organized
,
?Self-starter and multi-tasker who can handle multiple workstreams & tight timelines
,
?Excellent communication skills with an ability to partner with stakeholders across the business

Nice-to-haves
?Experience in the outdoors and/or with outdoor brands
,
?Some experience with outdoor lifestyle photography
