Location: In-Office if located in Dallas, TX; REMOTE from Austin, TX & Houston, TX
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + Uncapped Commission (1st yr OTE $225k+, 2nd yr OTE $300k+)

You will be responsible for leading and developing the sales strategy to drive growth across the US, Mexico, and Canada. This role focuses on direct sales of power conversion technologies to the industrial sector. You will spearhead revenue growth by targeting refineries, chemical plants, and other industrial clients with large-scale energy solutions. You will also manage three direct reports, with an expectation to grow the team as you expand market share. Regional Sales Manager (Industrial UPS Systems exp req) Responsibilities
Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue goals
Build and nurture relationships with key industrial clients
Lead the sales pipeline by identifying, targeting, and closing new business
Manage three sales team members, providing coaching and mentorship
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Attend trade shows to represent the company and network with industry leaders
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Collaborate with internal application engineers to deliver technical solutions
Ensure alignment between sales goals and overall business objectives
Regional Sales Manager (Industrial UPS Systems exp req) Qualifications
4+ years of Regional/Territory Sales experience required
2+ years of selling to industrial clients (chemical plants, refineries, etc.) experience required
Sales Management experience required
Deep knowledge of Industrial UPS System Solutions required
Knowledge of power conversion technologies (DC/AC systems, UPS, inverters) required
Valid passport and ability to travel up to 50% required
