Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
Utilize knowledge of banking products and services to effectively cross-sell and upsell to clients.
Proactively reach out to clients to identify potential sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
Meet and exceed individual and branch sales goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Conduct financial analyses and make recommendations to clients based on their unique financial situations.
