We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Manager to lead our insurance operations and ensure the effective management of our insurance programs. Responsibilities
? Oversee the development and implementation of insurance policies and procedures.

? Lead executive recruiting efforts to attract top talent in the insurance sector.
? Collaborate with HR sourcing teams to identify potential candidates for various roles.
? Utilize social media management strategies to promote our insurance services and engage with clients.
? Conduct employee orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.
? Utilize ADP for payroll processing and employee management tasks.
? Foster strong relationship management practices with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
? Drive talent acquisition initiatives to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
? Leverage Workday for managing employee data, performance evaluations, and other HR functions.

Requirements
? Proven experience in an insurance management role or similar position.
? Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and compliance standards.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
? Experience in employee relations, executive recruiting, and talent acquisition processes.
? Proficiency in HR software such as ADP and Workday is preferred.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
? Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop appropriate strategies.
? A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
