What we need from you:
? Experience - You have at least 5+ years of Workers? Compensation experience
? Certification - SIP certification required
? Mathematical and Analytical - Ability to review data and make actionable recommendations based on the information.
? Comprehensive Knowledge - Understanding of Worker?s Compensation guidelines and compliance obligations.
? Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office and other database management systems

Responsibilities: ? Assisting with new claims from opening until satisfactory completion, evidence, and fact-gathering surrounding claims ? Assuring all claims have a workable plan of action ? Reviewing billing summaries ? Identifying any signs of fraud and making proper referrals for further investigation ? Pursue subrogation when necessary, and offer superior customer service to all parties involved
