Geico Auto Insurance is looking for a Principal Engineer - Workday to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions to help our customers. As a Principal Engineer ? Workday, you will bring a mix of technical and business skills to our organization and be a leader in the design, development, and implementation of Workday solutions. You will lead a team of engineers and be responsible for the overall success of Workday solutions.The ideal candidate will have a background in Workday implementations and have experience in designing, developing, and deploying Workday solutions. As a Principal Engineer ? Workday, you will need to have a deep understanding of the Workday platform, be an excellent problem solver, and have the ability to think strategically about the overall success of the project.The successful candidate for this role will have:? A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field? At least 5 years of experience in Workday implementations? Proven experience in the design, development, and deployment of Workday solutions? Knowledge of Workday Security, Configuration, and Integrations? Strong project management skills? Excellent verbal and written communication skills? Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement Workday solutions. Conduct research and evaluate new technologies to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Develop and maintain Workday Security, Configuration, and Integrations. Monitor ongoing projects and evaluate progress against established timelines. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineers. Manage the overall success of Workday projects. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Report on project performance and success metrics.
