BBH?s Infomediary Data Solutions (IDS) is seeking an experienced Delivery and Transformation Lead to drive the strategic design, transformation, and operational management of our IDS delivery organization. The IDS Delivery organization spans Client Service, Client Implementations, and the Connectors Strategy. The IDS Delivery organization supports the current IDS products in the messaging, data management and analytics areas as well as a pipeline of new products and capabilities as the business evolves. The major focus of this role is ensuring that the IDS Delivery organization optimizes the current operating model while preparing for future needs, capabilities and scalability. This role requires someone with experience and expertise in Operations Management including a track record of transformation using technology, process optimization and effective resource management. This role will be leading the efforts to review the operating model for our Delivery organization, define the strategy around enhancements, and create and execute on the agenda. This role leads and directly manages the Infomediary Client Service Team and Managed Services Team. The role will work closely and collaborate with the Infomediary Client Implementation team and the Connectors team as the organization investigates opportunities to transform and build out their respective areas. They will work closely with leaders and teams across Infomediary Data Solutions, Product, Change Management and Systems to provide strategic leadership for important change programs that are meant to transform, while ensuring cost effectiveness, client alignment and overall strategic sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Delivery Leadership Operational Design & Management: Oversee all aspects of operational design and management to streamline processes, modernize systems, and ensure that data operations are well-controlled, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals and business objectives. Client-Service: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensure a model that continues to provide high-level service, management of technical issues, and leadership in times through technical outages, quickly prioritizing and escalating as needed to ensure client satisfaction. Some direct client exposure, and a large indirect client impact with responsibility for client satisfaction through improved client on-boards, high quality client service support, and an efficient operating model that lowers risk and improves the quality of outputs. Risk Management & Decision-Making: Effectively manage risk across the organization, making informed decisions to protect business operations and client relationships. Leadership Presence: Demonstrate executive presence and strong leadership skills, influencing senior stakeholders and driving transformation across the organization. Transformational Leadership Data Operations Transformation / Change Management: Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and transformation of a high-performing data operations organization. Develop and manage a scalable, efficient, and cost-effective infrastructure that meets the evolving needs of clients. Transform the organization by reimagining and integrating people, processes, and technology, driving continuous improvement, and maximizing operational effectiveness. Create a culture of continuous improvement while executing on high impact change initiatives. Ensure that proper measurement systems, tools and forums are in place to track progress, awareness, and support of Transformation activities. Emerging Technology & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies into workflow solutions, ensuring the organization remains scalable, innovative and competitive. Support Product Growth: Continuous evolution of the core operational and project disciplines supporting the core IDS product to ensure that products and solutions can be delivered at high margin with an appropriate risk profile; meet client demand for product implementations and solutions to be delivered faster and more cost effective. Staffing & Resource Strategy: Develop a staffing strategy to support client needs and business growth, balancing full-time staff and consultants as well as location, to address fluctuating project volumes and resource requirements. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in operations, data management, or a related field, with a strong focus on large-scale data transformation initiatives. Proven experience leading and transforming data operations or related areas. Strong diplomacy skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication across diverse teams and functions. Ability to act independently. Demonstrated experience with operational design, management, and process optimization. Understanding/curiosity about emerging technologies and their impact on data solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client service, service delivery and relationship management.
