JOB TYPE ? Regular, Full-time, Hourly Team Leader; In Location, Onsite; Retail, Sales, Services, Supervisor, People and Business Management, Home Furnishing, Warehouse Area
HOURS ? From 38 to 40 hours per week (HL4)
SHIFTS ? Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Operations generally range between the window of 7am to 11pm; Minimum one weekend off per month; Work schedules are published one month in advance
PAY ? The starting rates/salary for this position range from $23.61 to $33.67 and will be based on equivalent work experience

What you'll be doing day to day
Leading a team of co-workers whose purpose is to provide shoppers with a customer-centric shopping experience by ensuring the customer is able to search, find, choose, and buy.
? Providing a great IKEA shopping and brand experience to drive repeat visitation to the IKEA store by maintaining store merchandising standards and ensuring a great meeting with the customer.
? Overseeing the daily operations of the Self-Serve team on the shop floor.
? Hiring, onboarding, training, leading, managing and developing Self-Serve co-workers in the store.
? Driving sales by ensuring co-workers have the product knowledge, IKEA Concept tools, resources and home furnishing expertise to actively sell and meet commercial review standards.
? Monitoring sales, supply, customer insights, and customer centric KPIs.
? Ensuring optimal product availability and stock accuracy.
? Securing execution of the promotions calendar and strategies by partnering with necessary stakeholders.
? Supporting the planning and implementation of activities, self-serve and add-ons throughout entire store.
? Handling issues raised by customers and co-workers in a positive and quick manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of experience leading and developing people, preferably in a retail or service environment
