Asa Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in managing and overseeing various aspects of program controls for ouraerospace projects. You will be responsible for activities such as scheduling,cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. Your expertise in programcontrols will contribute to the successful execution of our projects and ensuretheir timely completion.

You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager, and you'll work out ofour Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our aerospaceprojects by providing accurate and timely program controls support. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success andcompliance with project management standards and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop and implement projectplanning and scheduling strategies
? Monitor and control project costs andbudgets
? Identify and mitigate project risksand issues
? Analyze project performance metricsand provide insights and recommendations
? Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure project success
? Ensure compliance with project managementstandards and best practices

? Minimum of 3 years of experience inprogram controls, project management, or related roles
? Strong understanding of projectmanagement principles and methodologies
? Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills
? Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
