Administrative Assistant to CEO

The Administrative Assistant position maintains highly sensitive information related to the operations of the Calhoun-Liberty Hospital Association, Inc (CLH) and will facilitate the operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and supportive tasks as set forth by the administration for CLH, as well as other departments as directed. The colleague will offer support to other colleagues, vendors and business partners, assist in daily office needs and provide assistance to CLH Administration and BOD members as directed by CLH Administration. The colleague attends and maintains BOD information and assists in the coordination of activities for CLH when directed to do so. The Administrative Assistant, as are all CLH positions, is a direct representation of the entire organization and required to maintain appropriate professionalism.
? Maintains filing systems as assigned
? Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash as required
? Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment in Administration
? Maintain CLH organizational licenses, certificates and other associated documents
? Retrieve information as requested from records, emails, or other related documents
? Prepare data, reports and organizational information for CLH Administration and BOD
? As directed by CLH Administration, prepare meeting packets, agendas and minutes for all BOD meetings and other meetings as required
? Answers and transfers phone calls as needed
? All other duties as assigned
? Bachelor?s degree in related field preferred, Associate degree considered
? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
? Good listening and communication skills
? Must be able to speak, read and write the English language

Located in Blountstown, Florida, CLH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that includes a 10-bed Critical Access Hospital; Calhoun-Liberty Primary Care (RHC) and Calhoun County EMS (911 on-the scene care, emergency transportation an extended transportation needs). The Calhoun Liberty Hospital Association, Inc. (CLHA) contracts with Alliant Management Services for administrative operations and has a formal partnership with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) to enhance service capabilities and resources available to CLH. CLH is currently constructing a new $40 million state-of-the-art 50,000 square foot facility set to open Summer 2025.
