Wage Band
Salary Range:
Starting salary is between $20-$25 hourly, however, it is ultimately determined by the scope of the position the candidate's relevant experience, credentials/certifications and internal equity.
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant performs clerical support for the PlanMember Financial Center. in Scottsdale, AZ. Meets and greet guests, answer incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service in a professional atmosphere.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
? Maintains a professional, organized, reception area
? Meet & Greet Visitors
? General administrative support
? Maintain organization and inventory in workroom
? Coordinate conference calls and/or meetings
? Filing as needed
? Organize ?Welcome Sign? as requested
? Other duties as requested
