We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. Duties
? Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
? Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
? Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and COSO frameworks for internal controls.
? Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
? Prepare accurate financial reports and presentations for the executive team and board of directors.
? Manage expense management processes to optimize operational efficiency.
? Lead the finance team in executing financial operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
? Collaborate with other departments to provide insights on business performance and strategic initiatives.
? Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, including ASC 606, to ensure compliance.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
? Proven experience in financial management roles, particularly as a CFO or similar capacity.
? Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
? Familiarity with public accounting processes and regulations.
? Proficient in financial report writing and business analysis techniques.
? Experience with market analysis methodologies to inform strategic decisions.
? Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
? Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
? Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
