Customer Resolution Representative

Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo products and services. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Exercise high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer issues. Accurately document customer interactions and any relevant customer information. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in all customer interactions. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
