Human Resources Coordinator

LHH Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining personnel files, and supporting various HR functions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

Key Responsibilities: ? Follow up with the Business HR Assistant to ensure new hires are completing compliance status. ? Ensure the Business HR Assistant adds Apogee University Certificates, Acknowledgements, Promise/Aspirations, and HIPAA Training for Clinical Staff into ACE. ? Audit personnel files, both electronic and paper, to ensure consistency and accuracy. ? Review physical and electronic personnel files for consistency and update them to reflect the current HR file structure. ? Manage termination/rescinded files by ensuring they are terminated and pulled from the active cabinet. ? Assure HR documents are being uploaded and created in personal file folders for the HR Specialist. ? Communicate with PICs, MPICs, Credentialing, Physician Relations, and Physician Resources to assist the HRA with receiving documents.

Qualifications: ? 1+ years of Human Resources support experience. ? Experience working within the healthcare industry. ? Strong organizational and auditing skills. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
