? *Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. **Duties:** - Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse or physician, as required by state regulations. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or ordered by a licensed registered nurse. - Conduct case management, including coordinating with healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care. - Utilize strong triage skills to assess patient needs and prioritize care accordingly. - Participate in travel nursing assignments to provide healthcare services in various settings. - Provide toddler care and developmental disabilities support, focusing on the unique needs of each patient. - Assist with neonatal ventilator care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. - Utilize botulinum toxin treatment as prescribed by a physician to help patients manage chronic pain or other conditions. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. - Provide spinal tap procedures as ordered by a physician. **Skills:** - Current LPN license in good standing. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures. - Ability to administer medications and treatments safely and effectively. - Proficiency in case management and coordination with healthcare providers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and prioritize patient care. - Experience with travel nursing and working in various healthcare settings. - Knowledge of toddler care and developmental disabilities. - Ability to assist with neonatal ventilator care. - Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment and spinal tap procedures. - Ability to administer medications safely and effectively.
