What You?ll Do
Strategic Growth & Account Management
? Develop and implement tailored strategies to acquire and grow Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) accounts.
? Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative staffing solutions, ensuring alignment with their evolving business needs.
? Drive revenue growth by securing and managing key enterprise accounts in the technology sector.
Market Expansion & Client Success
? Identify and penetrate new markets, positioning WhiteCap as a leader in total talent management for IT and tech staffing.
? Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and sponsors at major enterprises.
? Strengthen partnerships with MSPs and VMS providers to maximize account potential and long-term growth.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
? Partner with internal recruitment teams to deliver exceptional candidates and exceed client expectations.
? Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-first solutions to enhance business outcomes.
? Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, cultivating the next generation of sales leaders.
Job Requirements
? Proven Experience: 3+ years in sales, account management, or business development within the staffing industry, ideally focused on IT or technology recruitment.
? Technical Expertise: Familiarity with VMS/MSP programs and proficiency in CRM/ATS software.
? Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of tech talent needs, including roles like software engineering, data analytics, and IT infrastructure.
? Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-value client relationships at the executive level.
? Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within commuting distance of NYC for regular in-office collaboration.
