Job Description:

The Store Sales Associate job role requires conducting multiple duties that range from organizing merchandise and restocking products to managing the cashier's desk, all while prioritizing the store's cleanliness. By working harmoniously with the ALDI team, the Store Sales Associate provides top-notch customer service.
? Position Type: Full-Time
? The usual workload consists of 32 to 40 hours worked per week

? Failure to follow cash policies and procedures increases the risk of incurring financial losses
? Safeguards documents and data by following all prescribed company policies and procedures, ensuring that confidentiality and security are maintained to the highest standards

Physical Demands:
? Skill in moving store products from the receiving section to the shelves, including the ability to lift and display merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds at distinct heights on the shelves
? Performing various physical actions such as standing, sitting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking frequently is expected in the store
? The successful completion of job responsibilities is mandated, regardless of the need for reasonable accommodations

Education and Experience:
